We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard: 5–12 business days

Express: 3-5 business days 

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

KOVA is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after confirmed delivery.
