Shipping Info
At KOVA™, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options:

- Express Shipping: $14.99
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your package is with the carrier, tracking updates and delivery timing are managed by the shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Delayed Packages
