Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible. KOVA™ reserves the right to review each return request before approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Return shipping instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/package. We will review the issue and help make it right.
